PACE is not a course. It is intensive one-to-one coaching, live with Noor, for a very small number of Arabic-speaking leaders and executives who already speak good English but lose their presence and influence in high-pressure meetings. Every session is recorded for you to review your progress.

What PACE stands for

  • Presence. People feel you are really in the room, not waiting for your turn to speak grammatically correct English: a confident tone, a pace that doesn't speed up with nerves, and deliberate pauses instead of filling every gap with “um” and “ah”.
  • Authority. Your words carry their real weight instead of getting lost in roundabout phrasing or apologizing for every opinion. Authority comes from a clear first sentence, not from complicated vocabulary.
  • Command. Leading the direction of a meeting or conversation instead of drifting behind it: summarizing a complex idea in one point, answering a surprise question without losing your thread.
  • Execution. All of the above is worthless if it stays in the coaching room. The goal is to use it in your next real meeting, presentation or negotiation.

Who it is for

Because PACE is tied directly to Noor's time, only a very limited number of people are accepted. The best candidates usually:

  • hold a real leadership or executive role (manager, vice president, founder), not the start of a career;
  • already speak very good English, but lose their presence and impact specifically in live, high-pressure meetings;
  • have real meetings or negotiations coming up that they want to perform better in;
  • can commit to three months of intensive live sessions, each one recorded.
